{"id":76958,"date":"2021-08-02T12:58:13","date_gmt":"2021-08-02T16:58:13","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/portalflagrante.com.br\/?p=76958"},"modified":"2021-08-02T13:00:52","modified_gmt":"2021-08-02T17:00:52","slug":"tce-am-julgara-240-processos-nesta-terca-feira-3","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/portalflagrante.com.br\/noticias\/tce-am-julgara-240-processos-nesta-terca-feira-3\/","title":{"rendered":"TCE-AM julgar\u00e1 240 processos nesta ter\u00e7a-feira (3)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>O Tribunal de Contas do Amazonas (TCE-AM) julgar\u00e1 240 processos em duas sess\u00f5es ordin\u00e1rias nesta ter\u00e7a-feira (3). \u00c0s 9h, a Primeira C\u00e2mara do Tribunal se reunir\u00e1 para o julgamento de 174 processos durante a 4\u00aa Sess\u00e3o Ordin\u00e1ria, e, \u00e0s 10h, o Pleno estar\u00e1 reunido para o julgamento de 66 processos na 26\u00aa Sess\u00e3o Ordin\u00e1ria do ano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As sess\u00f5es ser\u00e3o transmitidas, ao vivo, pelos perfis oficiais da Corte de Contas no YouTube, Facebook e Instagram, al\u00e9m da transmiss\u00e3o em \u00e1udio pela R\u00e1dio Web do TCE-AM, dispon\u00edvel em&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.tce.am.gov.br\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">www.tce.am.gov.br<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os membros da Primeira C\u00e2mara julgar\u00e3o processos de aposentadorias, pens\u00f5es, presta\u00e7\u00f5es de contas e transfer\u00eancias para a reserva remunerada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dentre os processos a serem julgados pelo Tribunal Pleno, constam em pauta 21 presta\u00e7\u00f5es de contas de gestores e ex-gestores do estado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Est\u00e3o entre elas a de Kellen Cristina Felisardo, secret\u00e1ria Municipal de Comunica\u00e7\u00e3o em 2020; Heraldo Beleza, respons\u00e1vel pela Companhia de G\u00e1s do Amazonas (Cig\u00e1s) em 2018; e do vereador Carlos Marcio Galhego, ex-presidente da C\u00e2mara Municipal de S\u00e3o Paulo de Oliven\u00e7a em 2018.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ser\u00e3o apreciadas pelo Pleno, ainda, 12 recursos de revis\u00e3o, reconsidera\u00e7\u00e3o e ordin\u00e1rios; 11 representa\u00e7\u00f5es; dez embargos de declara\u00e7\u00e3o; cinco den\u00fancias; quatro tomadas de contas, e dois relat\u00f3rios de transmiss\u00e3o de cargo de prefeito.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A sess\u00e3o plen\u00e1ria ser\u00e1 conduzida pelo presidente da Corte de Contas, conselheiro Mario de Mello.
